Meet you where you are.
Exactly as you are — not where you think you should be by now. That's the only honest starting point there is.
Ashley Glover Coaching
I work with people who have done everything right, and on the outside it looks like everything in their life is amazing. They have a great career, a full calendar, maybe a spouse and kids, some fun toys — but deep down they are miserable. They feel like a stranger in their own home.
My story
A few years ago my marriage was heading toward divorce. I spent years trying to change my husband, until I realized the only person I could change was me. When I changed how I handled conflict, our whole relationship started to shift.
I owned the big house. The big garage. The really good paycheque. I call it the golden handcuffs, because from the outside it looked like success and from the inside it felt like being locked in.
And I was miserable — the kind of miserable that's hard to explain, because on paper there was nothing to complain about. I had everything I was supposed to want, and I still woke up heavy. I went through the motions, kept the calendar full, smiled in the right places — and quietly felt like a guest in my own life. The better it looked, the worse it felt.
And for a long time my husband was the only person I blamed for my misery. Until I chose to try something new — healing from the inside out, changing my perspective — and my whole world changed. I am now more in love with my husband than I ever thought possible. We are dreaming together again, building together again, and found a deep, profound love.

Genuinely ask yourself: what's holding you back? What change do you KNOW you want to make but haven't yet?
Work with me
This is the one way to work with me privately: one-on-one coaching. No scripts, and nobody to fix. Here's what it actually looks like.
Exactly as you are — not where you think you should be by now. That's the only honest starting point there is.
Not “what do you want help with” — what is your intention? What do you want to receive?
We slow down and check what your body is saying. It usually knows before your head catches up.
You don't have to earn rest, or prove you're trying hard enough. Being more, not doing more.

During my search for help, I noticed that there is very little support for men and the hidden burdens they carry. That's why I have also created a program just to support men.
A free 5-day online program for men who've noticed a pattern in themselves — like getting defensive or shutting down in arguments — and want to shift it for themselves, not because someone else wants them to.
It's a small group, limited to 6 participants, and shaped around what each man brings. In return, I'm asking for honest feedback.
If you're interested, the next step after applying is a quick intake call — a conversation, not a commitment.
Apply to finally be seenA tool I built
Not yet ready for either program? No problem, I have you covered. I built a tool for the do-it-yourselfer, and it's completely free. Check out Mind Groove.
Mind Groove helps you catch a moment while it's still fresh — what set it off, what you told yourself, what your body did, and whether you shifted, even a little. Log it, and over time you have real, tangible evidence of change — especially important in those moments you feel nothing has changed.
The podcast
Not ready for action? Then just simply listen to others who have learned a new way of being on The Perspective Shift Podcast.
My podcast on YouTube — conversations where we notice the pattern live and look for the small shift in perspective. In the episodes I coach live, not just interview: a guest brings a question or a pattern, and we follow what the body is saying.
It's currently paused, so I'm not recording new episodes right now — but the episodes that are there are free to watch anytime.
